Currently we are looking for a level 2 support engineer for one of our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Our client needs a Support Engineer to work in the store infrastructure team within Technical Services.
The person will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the POS systems
This isn't a true help desk, it is more of a Solution Center. They provide solutions, not just help.
The client is looking for someone with POS experience and Server, Thin Clients, Printers, Registers and peripheral, Symbol Gun expertise. Candidates will need to have experience in break/fix with POS and NCR, Datavantage and Triversity are preferred.
Need someone with the right attitude and aptitude, must be flexible with the working hours, Bi-lingual preferred.
Must have the right " customer service " attitude.
