Provide telephone/email support for proprietary database software package, help clients with installation and configuration of software, provide assistance to clients in areas of: inputting data, running reports, system/maintenance routines, correct client data by using Foxpro and SQL commands, document bugs and work with development to correct them, enhance software's features by documenting users suggestions, excellent knowledge of computer operating systems and hardware.
