You will be responsible for the customer relationship and ensuring the utmost in customer satisfaction. A combination of being a quick learner, good listener, articulate, patient, and possessing the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer while maintaining a pleasant disposition makes you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity! Requirements:
General understanding of hardware, software, printers, faxes, software installation and drivers. PC skills Type 35 wpm minimum Multi tasking (typing while navigating different interfaces and talking). Successfully communicate processes and policies to ensure a positive customer experience and obtain high quality monitoring scores o Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with your customer.
