Description
Responsible for diagnosing, testing, repairing and maintenance of IDEN & CDMA phones, following warranty programs and 1st & 2nd echelon procedures. Perform "quick fixes", imei swaps, software upgrades & programming phones. Provides technical support to customers and internal employees. Enter customer repair data into local market database to ensure proper tracking of all repairs, in warranty & out of warranty,and swaps. Accurately complete work orders and paperwork for shipping phones. Responsible for reprogramming units as needed. Various other duties such as inventory control & counts required. Travel to other stores may be necessary. Must be extremely flexible on days & hours of work including weekends when needed. Must be able to multi task at all times.Able to speak with irate customers in a professional manner - Minimum Educational Qualifications - Four years of high school, vocational or equivalent. - Minimum Experience Qualifications - 1-3 years of related work.Technical skills Data Entry Customer Service Skills Apply directly at: ?r=gaddf-tc
