Description
We seek two Technical Support Specialists for a contract position located in Deerfield, IL. You will join an existing Desktop/Help Desk support team to perform bot hands on a phone support to a very large on-site user group. Common support issues will include XP and 2000 OS support, password resets, HW/SW break/fix, and project based work such as imaging and configurations. This project is expected to last at least 2-3 months with a possible extension well beyond that point. The selected applicants will be asked to begin the project no later than May 1. We strongly prefer applicants that currently live close to Deerfield, IL or have successfully commuted to that area in the past. If you have at least two years of corporate desktop and or Help Desk experience submit your resume as a Word document for immediate consideration.
