Description
Our client is a leader in creating innovative devices critical to the healthcare industry seeking a motivated Lead for tech support resources.

Responsibilities will include:
  • General maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems and peripheral equipment
  • Basic computer hardware and software installations
  • Troubleshooting of general problems under direction of a higher level of support
  • Identification of problems and issues appropriate for escalation to a higher level of support
  • Investigating system problems and providing solutions using specific product knowledge, system utilities, and operating environment
  • Processing timely and accurate information to ensure compliance with warranty requirements of vendors
  • Following established process and procedures to plan, install, test, and implement computer system hardware or software technologies
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all tangible problems and concerns

Experience/Skills
  • 2-5 years of related work experience required, OR AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Some prior lead or supervisory experience required
  • Ability to install, test, and repair computer systems on customer sites
  • Highly professional and businesslike manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
