Software Development Company located near Pasadena is currently seeking to fill several Technical Support positions. This position will provide Technical Phone Support for their products--which are Software Development Tools used by Programmers.

Come work in a great environment at their Corporate Headquarters with a lot of potential for advancement! This position will definitely lead into a Senior Support or Sales role.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Requires:

--1+ years experience in programming Object Oriented languages, specifically Java and/or C++
--Or a BS degree in Computer science or related field .
-- Customer service training is a plus
--Must be able to present technical concepts in a help desk support setting
--Willingness to assume responsibility and see processes through to successful conclusion
--Requires the analytical skills and attention to detail necessary to address the details of implementation of SoftWare applications
