Location: Person must be based in Atlanta, GA but will need to travel to various locations

Job Description

Our client is seeking multiple Technical Support specialists for short-term projects around the country. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of onsite tasks including hardware assembly and configuration, software installation and configuration, and customer training. Candidates are expected to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing all events of an onsite visit to the Professional Services Manager. Attention to documentation of all milestones and noteworthy events that take place while onsite is critical. All members of the team are expected to maintain a high level of personal responsibility. Individuals are responsible for being on time, accomplishing their agenda, and documenting events with little or no oversight after completing their training certification. Must be able to adapt quickly and respond to the unexpected.

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Excellent PC Skills - Windows Server and Workstation OS
* Terminal Services setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of SQL troubleshooting queries
* Network troubleshooting
* A strong work ethic a high level of personal responsibility
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent
* Ability to quickly identify and solve problems
