Description
Primary responsibility: Telephone support for E2K Gemini customers. This is tier 1 - 3 support for external customers. Includes problem resolution, issue tracking, dispatching on-site resolution when needed and monitoring open tickets. Secondary responsibility: Provide back-up support for Sys Ops team on E2K deployments and E2K problem resolution for internal users. Must have strong verbal (telephone) communication skills, Good troubleshooting /problem-solving / analytic capabilities. Aptitude and experience with Windows, Microsoft office, and distributed systems architecture. Strong judgment to work effectively with clients, customers, development and other technical staff.df-tc
