Title: Technical Support
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 months

The technical support specialist will assist in administering, developing, and implementing effective techniques for evaluating and improving the Records and Information Management (RIM) program. Worker will work with records in all formats, with an emphasis on identifying and implementing processes for creating, retaining, and disposing of Electronically Stored Information (ESI), in accordance applicable laws and rules.

Required Skills:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems.
3 Experience formulating logical descriptions of problems and devising optimum solutions.
3 Experience providing technical assistance and support for applications and for information sharing with external entities in a customer service environment.
3 Experience providing field coordination and planning for the effective use of management information systems.
3 Experience analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations concerning existing information technology/systems processes and the development of new procedures, standards, tools, and techniques.
3 Details input and output record formats for computer programs
3 Scanning and indexing records in a variety of formats
2 Experience providing Tier II Support to customers over the phone, in writing, and in person.

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience

2 Experience in Records Information Management (RIM), with an emphasis on managing electronically stored information;
3 Experience providing Tier II Support to customers over the phone, in writing, and in person.
3 Proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Outlook 2003, specifically working with .pst files.
2 Experience using Content Services/FileNet
Strong Familiar with MS Office 2007
