Description
Under direct supervision, the contractor provides support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications, and hardware. May interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems. Refers more complex problems to intermediate and/or senior level. Contractor shall possess a working knowledge of the current desktop Microsoft Operating System and other software being utilized, with a minimum of 3 years of increasingly complex and progressive experience in a Microsoft commuter support environment. The contractor shall be experienced in the use of an EMTS, preferably Remedy. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Current MCSE or MCP and A+ required. Clear background and drug required. Prior military or DOD a plus
