Resolution of TSC tickets related to IStore order fallout. Resolution of DOM Alerts. The Production Support Team (PST) is charged with shepherding FastAccess orders from order capture through completion. The PST manually places orders that cannot be captured via DOM, works orders that have fallen out of the system back into the system, and resolves customer reported troubles. Resources analyze orders that have fallen out of the system.**Please do not submit candidates who have already been submitted and rejected to previous SRs. They will not be considered**

Job Description:

Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Candidate should have 5+ years experience. DSL Experience is a MUST. Prior BellSouth experience and experience with Kintana, BSOMS, Bocris, IStore, CCTool, CRM, STAC, SOEG, Aelera, CPE Enabler, Remedy a large plus. Candidate must be a quick learner, a self starter, and work well both in groups and individually. Positive attitude and an eagerness to get the job done should be present. Stellar attendance is a must.
