CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We are looking for a Technical Team Lead.

Selected Candidate will provide leadership on a business critical applications project with premier auto industry client. This system will be developed using a combination of process modeling, business process choreography and SOA.

The role of the members on the project team is to help design and implement the new system per specifications.

In addition to having the skills for the function that he/she is being hired for; the person must also be able to communicate their ideas effectively to a technical and business audience. The person must also possess project management and organization skills to manage and gain consensus amongst team members.

This role will require the need to have a very strong Customer Orientation.
The individual must be able to work well with end users to learn about their specific business needs and must be able to gain their confidence when presenting solutions to their systems needs.

Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Leadership to Application Development team comprising UI Developers, Integration Developers, Service Component Developers and Testers.
Work with the Business Analyst, UML Modeler, Business Process Modeler to understand Requirements and help the technical team with delivery of a fully tested Integration and Service Components.
Ability to guide the development team with prototype code and help with debugging when necessary.
We are looking for people with hands-on coding skills not just coordinators.

Experience:
Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or have equivalent experience. Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work with people with a variety of skill sets.
7 plus years of general IT experience of which 5 plus years in a Technical Lead Role.
5 plus years leading delivery of J2EE based systems, preferably on Websphere Platform.


2 plus years using experience with Integration Projects (EAI products like WebSphere Integrator, TIBCO, Web Methods, etc.).
Experience with J2EE portals.
Strong Unit Testing, Itegration Testing and System Testing abilities, including automated testing techniques using MAVEN, ANT, etc.
Deployment experience with Websphere ESB or Process Server Implementation a plus.
2 plus years leading or working in large-scale Integration Projects that involved Legacy Integration.
2 plus years working or leading implementations of BPM based Systems.

Knowledge:
Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design Skills, Web Services Required.
Must have application design experience using UML Required.
Good understanding of the different architecture patterns and their tradeoffs required. Must have experience in service oriented architecture.
Experience with implementing Portal technologies, Enterprise Application Integration Solutions, Identity Management Solutions, etc.df-tc
