Job Description:

CipherTrust, Inc is seeking an experienced technical training professional to refine, maintain, and deliver technical courses on IronMail CipherTrust's email messaging products and services. Qualified candidates should have a solid network administration background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record rapidly developing and delivering high-quality email administration related topics such as SMTP, Anti-Spam, and Anti-Virus. Hands on Unix/Linux command line experience a plus. He/She must be an excellent communicator.

Primary Responsibilities:


Refine, maintain, and deliver technical courses
Work with engineering, product marketing, systems engineering, customer support, and technical publications to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective content
Train customers, resellers, and third-party trainers who will be delivering IronMail courses worldwide

Minimum Experience Requirements:

2+ years of course delivery experience
2+ years of networking experience
Strong knowledge of networking and messaging protocols (tcp/udp, dns, smtp, etc.)
Strong Unix experience
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Strong track record of timely and successful completion of company wide projects
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
