The Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the delivery of courses for a specialized Enterprise Case Management product set; this includes end user, business configuration, technical configuration, support and installation training. The Consultant will need to acquire a deep understanding of the product set and become conversant in the product domain of the company's markets. This company specializes in delivering enterprise solutions that have the flexibility and scalability to effectively target every government worker’s primary activity: case management.
