Description
Utilize information from subject matter experts to design course descriptions, online learning modules, blended learning models and full-scale training programs that incorporate adult learning principles to deliver training in an efficient and effective manner. Uses sound instructional design principles to identify equipment operation task elements suitable for transition to simulation. Evaluate, select, and use a variety of techniques for determining instructional content and strategies. Utilize training and multimedia tools and software. Work on creating migration documentation for the upcoming release of a new server product. This documentation will help IT pros migrate from older versions of their server. The deliverables include documentation relating to Active Directory, DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) and DNS (Domain Name System). You will be responsible connecting with and interviewing SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) to create all documentation.
