Create all required documentation for each project phase (i.e. planning, requirements, design, implementation,...)
Assist team lead during requirement phase such as collect requirements, analysis, proof of concept,...
Assist team lead to create required documents for the team/operation procedures and processes
Skill required:
Excellent technical writer, preferably with knowledge of Use case, process & workflow & activity & state transition diagram, data modeling, technical design, and operation documentation. Tools such as RequisitePro is a plus
Business analysis. Knowledge of mortgage industry is a plus
Good communication & inter-personnal skill
knowledge of SQL (sybase/oracle) is a plusdf-tc
