Job Description:

Will review and audit process documentation for internal IT Help
Desk/Customer Service function.

Write weekly news letter to user community on updates and
improvements to the IT Service Center.

Analyze and propose improvements to processes.


Job Duration is 3+ months, probably longer as this is an ongoing
process and not a finite project. The right candidate could make it
long term here.
