Act 1 Technical is currently seeking an experience Technical Writer for a contract opportunity in Omaha, NE. The Technical Writer is responsible creating and maintaining papers, technical documents and inter-departmental processes and procedures. The Technical Writer will coordinate, improve, and re-define the current documentation of policies and procedures. This position will also maintain, update, and audit documentation to ensure compliance to established procedures. Resource will document policies, procedures, and best practices using Information Mapping methodology. Must have a demonstrated ability to write for developers, system administrators, and entry-level users. Must have a Bachelor's Degree plus 3-4 years of experience.df-tc
