Job Description: The Local Governmental Agency is seeking a Technical Writer with 5+ years experience in researching & writing documentation for business processes, specifications in 'imperative mood', training manuals, & development of user-friendly document templates for easy maintenance of published standards, forms, and processes.

The candidate:
. Will research and analyze information from various internal and external team members
. Will edit and modify paper, MS Word, and web-based documentation created by other team members
. Will assist in documenting the team's standards, forms, and processes.

Required Skills:MUST HAVE 5 Years of the Following!!
1.Experience with printed document creation Software:
a.MS Windows XP and MS Office 2003
b.Diagram/flowchart software - MS Visio 2003
c.Screen capture software
d.Adobe Acrobat
2.Able to code native HTML
3.Excellent research & people skills
4.Experience in creating & maintaining styles sheets and forms templates for
5.MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, Adobe, and HTML documents
6.Experience in creating and updating software User Manuals.
7.Experience working in web-based software development environment.
