Project Description:
Documentation for the Client - new case and matter management system development.
Required Skills:
Seeking a technical communication professional to design and develop the following information products for the Client Case and Matter Management system: System Administration Guide; Screen Specifications; External
Interface Specifications; Report Specifications; On-line Help; User Guide and Quick Reference Guide. This individual will write all system documentation and then transition to the user documentation while following
the phases of the system development methodology used by Client (RAD). (RAD = Rapid Application Development).
Must have at least 7 years experience in a corporate information systems environment designing and developing a variety of technical and user information products for business and technical professionals while operation within a software development lifecycle methodology such as RAD.
Experience with the legal aspects of the automobile, motorcycle, and power equipment business a plus.
Skilled with the following tools: RoboHELP, MS Office, Visio, MS Project, MS FrontPage, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, Lotus Notes.
