Technical Writer that can do low/high design, system level documentation, compile business requirements, help write test plans. The contractor will create and maintain appropriate project documentation. The contractor will be required to write clear, concise SDM documentation, develop the appropriate level of system documentation, and to write thorough Test plans. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Additionally, the contractor should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
