Description
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. The position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent written skills who will be responsible for researching, writing and editing documentation from reference materials to online help. This is a high impact position and an opportunity to work within a small team and create documentation materials for an existing product line of mission critical application for the shipping management industry. Specific responsibilities include:Develop, draft, revise and edit technical documents including release notes, installation guides, user training and online help.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills/Experience:Experience with a Help Authoring tools such as Robohelp. And experience with FrontPage required.Must be comfortable editing HTML code to create custom ‘skin’ of WebHelp. Experience with SQL is also highly desirable. Experience with Excel to maintain current API documentation. 6+ years of technical writing experience.
