Experience/Skills
  • Good record of 3+ years experience in Technical Writing
  • Ability to simplify complex documents which can be interpreted by IT staff and end user community
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Technical understanding of IT workflow and/or understanding of NOC centers and policies a huge plus
  • Healthcare experience a plus
