Description
Oversee (from a technical and functional perspective) an Oracle HRMS system, including Advanced Benefits and Self Service modules. Encompasses set-up through maintenance and support.Requirements:- Heavy technical and functional experience (60/40 technical)- Oracle 11i - HRMS/HCM- 5+ years of Oracle with strong implementation and/or upgrade experience - 7+ years of professional working experience, preferably with some consulting experience- Self Service and Advanced Benefits- PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports- Oracle Discoverer (10g)- Oracle Workflow Builder- Experience with triggers, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and applying patches- Excellent verbal, written and soft skills- Ability to work with people at all levels in all departments- Have a "go-getter" personality and "team" mentality- People management a plus- Open to minimal travel- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employerdf-tc
