The IT Workflow Team at Humana has the opportunity to bring innovative business solutions to the entire enterprise enabling new and more efficient processes to accomplish the Humana business goals. An innovative Application Consultant is needed to bring a unique design perspective to the Workflow development team.

Working with a diverse business groups within Humana the successful candidate will partner with project managers to turn business requirements into actual designs for business solutions. The candidate will then analyze the design and work with the project team to develop the vision. This position requires strong technical design skills and experience along with strong technical analyst skills and experience. The successful candidate will be a leader on the team and must: be a self starter; work independently as well as work in a team environment; strive for good conceptual design; utilize proven methodology; possess strong communication skills with the ability to lead design sessions.

Required qualifications:

Application Architectural Design
Application Experience in VB and SQL
Strong Analytical Skills
Strong Communication Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
