Job Summary
The Television Animation (TVA) technology department is responsible for:
-All worldwide data and systems management.
-Production critical Audio/Video and computer based hardware and software solutions - both their design and support.
-Database and software solution development and maintenance.


Job responsibilities
The Technology Coordinator serves as a 1st point of contact for the Technology department by processing production technology support requests and providing online entry level Technology Support to production personnel.

Additionally, the Technology Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

-Operating the Business Unit's production support helpdesk.
* Providing online support to production personnel using various technologies.
* Logging production support information into tracking systems.
* Routing production support requests to various teams within department for resolution.
* Reviewing and creating reports on request completion.

-Assisting with the ordering of new computers, printers and accessories.
-Maintaining various operational and technical internal job and database systems.
-Inventorying computers, software (media and licenses) and other misc. hardware. Creating reports on this inventory.
-Performing basic server and application administration.
-Creating technical documentation outlining customer processes and department procedures and systems.
-Perform other misc. tasks as instructed by department management.

Additionally the Technology Coordinator also handles misc. administrative support for the department and its management.

Required Qualifications
-Must have 1-2+ years working computer experience.
-Must be experience with PC and MAC, their current operating systems and operational functionality in a networked environment.
-Must be able to support people with basic computer issues.
-Intermediate to advanced computer support knowledge a plus.
-Linux experience/operational knowledge a plus.
-Working knowledge of the: Adobe suite of applications, MS Office, and basic database entry.
-Experienced with technical administrative tools in a networked environment.
-Able to communicate technical information effectively - both written and verbally.
-Able to work in a fast pace, production critical team environment.
-Must have a strong customer service orientation and have the ability to work with a diverse user community.
-Must be well organized, detailed oriented and have good follow through skills.
