This position requires someone with both corporate learning and technology backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of one or more IT functions, AND experience with learning analysis, creation, and delivery at some level. Knowledge and experience with adult learning theory and practice are expected. Good analysis, writing, and presentation skills are also expected.

Duties for this position include: interviewing both associates and leaders to determine learning needs and audiences; researching internal and external learning to see what is available and appropriate; devising a plan to meet the learning needs; coordinating learning experiences as appropriate; creating learning experiences and resources, as appropriate; and evaluating the learning experiences to see if the need was met.
