    Leads and guides others in providing integrated service to and for associates and partners. Serves as a liaison between IT and business areas. Provides ongoing
    coaching and feedback to enhance contributions,competencies, and performance. Manages design and maintenance projects of all levels of complexity , some which may have enterprise wide ramifications. These projects may include installation, customization, documentation, debugging and performance tuning. Manages processes and projects geared toward creating and refining corporate best practices and standards. Involved both internally and externally with the assessment, procurement and implementation of technology.

Ability to integrate and apply those principles, models and concepts to create value for customers and generate profits.

Understanding of Humanas past and present achievements and shortcomings to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks in relation to the competitive environment.
