In this role you will be responsible for:

Server (NT,2000,2003& Novel) Maintenance, Server troubleshooting and escalations, HP Openview monitoring, SMS rollouts, Netbackup,BackupExec,TSM,Wide Area Network troubleshooting,Server builds& QA's.This supervisor will oversee all the above as well as be able to resolve escalation issues within Humana and with vendors. Supervision of 6 people on nightshift, must be able to also verify all maintenance scheduled was completed as well as documentation updated.




Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience including management experience.df-tc
