Effectively plans, coordinates, monitors and implements very complex IT programs, or related groups of multi-functional projects, without supervision. Demonstrates seasoned leadership skills while delivering superior project planning and management through all phases of the project life cycle. Handles unexpected challenges with timely competence, and ensures program outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. In all areas, exhibits a systems-level understanding of business and technology issues, as well as their relationship to enterprise-wide objectives.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
Strong PC Skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, Access)

Prior Experience Managing Vendor relationships
Prior level management experience
Prior process documentation and re-engineering experience
Prior experience with coordinating/ planning IT or Operations training
Prior experience developing and producing management level metrics, measurements and trend reports
