Effectively plans, manages, integrates, and implements very complex, iterrelated projects or related groups of multi-functional projects, without supervision, to maximize business results. Initial assignment will be implementation of Medical Regional PPO and Medicare migration.




  • Medicare Background and knowledge preferred.
  • 8+ years project management
  • Demonstrated ability to run large scale and highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams. Usually runs programs with resource budgets exceeding $5M.
  • Six Sigma - Black Belt-highly desired
  • PMP Certification-MUST HAVE
  • Experience in simultaneous execution and management of multiple projects
  • Superior analytical skills and technical documentation skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communications
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Scheduling software, and
  • Project Management Methodologies
  • Ability to train and mentor project managers and teams in Project Management Methodologies
  • Extensive management, scheduling, and budgeting experience
  • Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management
  • Understanding of process mapping and redesign methodologiesdf-tc
