A highly qualified candidate is needed to support the call center applications at Humana. The sucessful candidate should have 5-10 years of broad call center support experience with telephony software and voice networks including complex applications required to support 2500+ agent center. Strong project management skills required. The ability to manage, design, implement and support complex telephony systems is required.

Successful candidates must have excellent organizational skills, be a self-started and able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Avaya PBX, Nortel PBX, CISCO Call Manager, CISCO Unity Mail, CISCO ICM Network Call Router, Avaya's Call Management System, Avaya's Intuity, AT&T Route-It, IVR and CTI products are to be supported. After-hours and weekend work will be required occasionally. College degree preferred.df-tc
