Assignment Capsule
As a Technology testing consultant you will: ensure that all important components of the full life cycle testing process are addressed and attended to. You will review and analyze test results, aid in defect resolution and design/implement best-practices.

  • Assist with the preparation of test scripts, data and applicable testing environments
  • Manage all operations associated with testing and defect management
  • Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of production installations
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with all parties impacted by technical processes, including business areas, the Information Technology department, consultants and external vendors

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
  • Demonstrated understanding of automated testing applications and strategies


Role Desirables
  • Applied knowledge of health solutions processing
  • Experience working with on-shore/off-shore development models
  • Demonstrated project management experience


Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
