Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the voice and data infrastructure, including Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and call detail reporting systems of a multi site contact center, in addition to Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and MPLS network connectivity between the contact center and the hosted speech recognition vender, Nuance on Demand. Oversee the maintenance, support, and documentation of audio/video and wireless equipment and conferencing solutions; manage call center telephony equipment and wireless devices; carry out facility implementations, including build out of seasonal solutions by installing phone and amp equipment; technical liaison for quality monitoring and application enablement services (AES) systems; maintenance and support of multiple administrative and call center voicemail systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year experience in call center environment
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to prioritize duties on a daily basis
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
* Demonstrated attention to detail
* Proven ability to partner with internal customers
* Ability to be flexible in scheduling
* Ability to work in a high paced environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience in Windows environment Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
* Proven working knowledge of DRC policies and procedures
* Proven understanding of communication technology, PBXs, voice response systems, network and call flow structure
* Demonstrated strong problem solving skills
* Demonstration of creativity, innovation and ability to think outside of established guidelines
* Proven analytical ability and multi tasking skills
* Demonstrated strong customer, quality and results orientation skills
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
* Ability to recognize and embrace change as the external environment and organization evolves
