Description
Delta Dental and Deltanet is searching for a Telecommunications Analyst to join their growing technology community.

Responsibilities will be to maintain the operational efficiency of Delta's telephone systems and services in San Francisco and throughout the enterprise;
* to provide telecommunications consulting services to Divisions/Departments and cost effectively plan and implement products and services within the telephony environment. To maintain appropriate documentation of Delta's telecommunications products and services.

Time breakdown
45% = Administ the integrated telecommunications systems for SF and enterprise locations. Liaison between call centers; monitor telephony systems; review invoice processing
45% = Analysis of current/future telecom products and services; plan & implement new telephony technology; cordinate projects/vendors and training as needed
10% = Maintain Business Recovery Plan and develop new processes/documentation as needs change.

Required Skills/Experience:
==========================
* BS degree in telecommunciations or related field
* 5 years telecommunications experience
* VERY strong project management exp; EXCELLENT English communications skills (both verbal & written)
* Experience with Nortel PBX - Meridian 1 - Option 81C, 61C, Succession; Nortel Meridian Mail (voicemail); Nortel Symposium (ACD); E-Talk Call Monitoring; Readerboards fro Call Centers; VoIP trunking via ITG Cards, IP Telephony, Workforce Management for Call Centers

MUST be willing to deal with extensive local travel, between San Francisco (60%) and Rancho Cordova campus (40%)
