Description
SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing pager, mobile phone, calling cards, language line and teleconferencing contracts for over 70 locations nationwide.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversees day-to-day interactions between branches and paging, mobile phone services, teleconferencing services, calling cards, and Language Line services.

2. Maintains the telecommunications database for pagers, teleconferencing, calling cards and mobile phones for all locations.

3. Processes, provides quality assurance and prepares invoices for the following services: all paging contracts, mobile phone contracts, teleconferencing services, calling cards, Language Line Service.

4. Tracks and reports all pager, calling card and cellular orders, returns and non-returned items

5. Receives and resolves complaints regarding communications equipment and/or service.

6. Liaison between telecommunications vendors and employees whenever necessary.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or GED. Three to five years' telecommunications experience.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Other Skills and Abilities:
Computer knowledge (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is preferred). Working knowledge of telecommunications billing, pagers, mobile phones and Voice Mail.df-tc
