Join a progressive and growing organization in Memphis as a (perm employee) Telecom Engineer II - responsible for application development, product customization and field assistance for telephony apps and equipment pertaining to Nortel products. Experience with the design and maintenance of ACD; IVR; and CTI along with Unify Messaging systems. Will provide support to users and monitor operations of data telephony systems while maintaining voice and data communications for multiple campuses in a LAN/WAN environment.
