Experience/Skills
Required skills (MUST):

-NEC 2400 Phone Systems and understanding of ACD (Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Excel exp required
-Experience with cross connection termination of 66 and 110 blocks required. Function is performed in the phone room as a tone generator test.

-Through knowledge of Windows server 2003

Technologies that are a plus-
OpenWorx, QueWorx and AimWorx and plus. Linux a plus. CXM or other call monitoring software a plus.
