Description
Lockheed Martin Information Technology-Professional Services is looking for a Telecommunication Service Priority (TSP) Analyst to support the Office of Priority Telecommunications, Telecommunications Service Priority mission of Department of Homeland Security/National Communications System, currently located in Arlington VA. The job entails managing the confirmation/review & revalidation process of the TSP program. Candidate will work with customers to ensure that TSP codes requested by the federal and DoD departments and agencies are valid, also making sure the data contained in all vendor databases is accurate as well. Additionally, the candidate will formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization and information technology strategies. Work with customers to help conceptualize means to apply information technology as a strategic asset. Selected candidate will be involved in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information solutions to support the enterprise's accomplishment of business goals. This position may require shift duty during Incidents of National Significance, in support of the National Response Plan.

Requirements: US citizen with a DoD secret security clearance (selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information). The position requires 3-5 years related TSP experience. Must be able to work well with others. Must have good communication skills. Must have strong MS Access and Excel skills. Customer service experience a plus.

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.
