-Process telecom requests from the various business units (e.g. phone installation, voicemail, TRID assignment, programming TRID page layouts, etc.)-Customer service focused in a high paced environment.-Liasing between the business and the various telecom groups.-Review telecom requests to make business recommendations.-Troubleshoot issues and escalate to the appropriate group for resolution.
