We are currently looking for a TELEPHONE SUPPORT ANALYST to join our team in DEARBORN, MI.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing administration, documentation, billing review, cost tracking, installation coordination and troubleshooting of a Centrex based phone and voice mail systems.

Additional responsibilities will call for the design and implementation of new Telephony solutions that will be digital, VOIP, and/or IP based, as well as providing workstation and printer support in a manufacturing environment in a 24 x 7 rotation with other team members.

Individual will need to ensure that critical problems are quickly communicated to team lead, and they must follow established change management procedures. This individual will work in our OPAS Ticket environment. This requires that an individual must acknowledge tickets in a timely manner, respond to helpdesk inquiries promptly, communicate with the customer, and do quality work on each ticket. They must utilize account quality control procedures and complete RCA forms for all service 1 & 2 tickets.

Required Skills:

  • Must have previous Telecom administration and troubleshooting experience within a technical support environment.

  • Need to demonstrate that they can support the existing Centrex based phone system, and have previous hands-on support experience.

  • Workstation support in a Windows XP environment

  • Able to do On-call support (rotating 24X7)
