Description
Working under the guidance of senior staff, this position will provide operational support for the Telecommunication department. The goal of this position is to support the call center groups with telecommunications needs by interacting with the call center operational groups, providing a liaison to the technical staff.

Education and Experience:
?High School Diploma or equivalent
?Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunication or operational support of a call center or some equivalent that would provide experience in call flow design.
?Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service related position.
?Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
?Ability to prioritize and track multiple simultaneous projects
?Detailed oriented with exceptional attention to detail
?Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
