Requirements

1. Very Strong, at least 5 years prior management of telecom infrastructure including phone Switches (NEC, Avaya and/or CISCO).

2. Convergence system experience. Call center management (Cisco, Aspect, Witness)

3. Management of BlackBerry, Cell phones broad band structures. Candidates should come from similar infrastructure ? about 2000K ees.

4. Strong prior exp working with vendors

5. Strong prior exp with customer services/help desk.

Job Description

The Telecom Manager will specifically be responsible for managing the daily operation and leadership of approximately 10 to 15 employees consisting of both employees and external contractors. This role will provide technical expertise to support client desktop hardware and office productivity software including HP/Client Workstations and laptops, network and print devices, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, remote connectivity devices including Blackberry (and enterprise server), PDA s, Cell Phones, etc.

Must be capable of participating as a daily contributor to the help desk and desktop support function, and lead/manage the team at the same time. Will be responsible for communication for all IT related issues as the `Face of IT` - liaising with the business groups supported and setting appropriate service level expectations.
