Description
Trains, coaches, and instructs, telecom wireless analysts on new and existing policies and procedures
Identifies and develops HIPO (high performance) employees for positions of more responsibility
Evaluates performance of employees and provides constructive feedback
Interviews potential employees and makes recommendation to Director
First point of escalation for branch issues related to wireless
Participates in the planning, rollout, and implementation of new wireless devices and services
Manages SLA and contract negotiations with vendors
Identifies and analyses roadblocks and implements or recommends plans for improvement
Develops procedures and policies for continuous improvement of support to branches

Experience

Project management experience preferred

Education
College degree or equivalent management experience in telecommunications industry required
Some college preferred
