We have an immediate need for a Telephony Support Engineer/Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Telephony Support Analyst maintains all telephony systems to support operational business requirements. The role is responsible for support, administration and management of telephony systems and applications under limited direct supervision. The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively with non-technical operations personnel, highly technical vendor representatives, and other IT Department professionals. The Telephony Support Analyst must possess excellent analytical abilities, be a quick learner, be self-motivated, be able to work in a stressful environment, and be available to work flexible hours as projects and situations require.
Essential Duties:
- Provide telephony support for a multi-site Aspect ACD and Cisco IPCC environment.
- Support all voice networks for Wells Fargo Advisors business partners.
- System Administration and support of Inova Solutions Real Time application and displays across multiple sites.
- Provide support and administration of NICE call recording application.
- Utilize Cisco AW, Aspect System Manager Suite and Aspect Architect applications for development and problem resolution.
- Manage problem tickets using Peregrine Systems PICCT Production application.
- Coordinate phone setup and maintenance, interoffice moves and de-installs.
