CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We are looking for a Teradata Database Administrator.

Position Description:
-Database Administration support a combination of Teradata, SQL Server or Oracle application databases (Backups, Security, DDL, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, etc.)
-Work closely with Application Development teams and Data Administration team to ensure best practice, efficient DB design
-Plan workload to accommodate multiple Application timelines - Interface with Corporate DBA, Engineering and Infrastructure teams - Provide on-call coverage on a rotational basis - Assist architecture reviews
Skills Required:
-2+ years of DBA experience with a database system (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle)
-Experience with Z/OS, TSO and JCL
-Experience with Data Administration and database design
-Should be knowledgeable about the new features of the latest release of Database software
-Customer focused and strong team orientation
-Strong team player -Ability to multi-task and work alone (self-starter)
-Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
-Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
Skills Preferred:
-1 year of DBA experience with multiple database system (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle) -Experience with SOX compliance.
-Experience with security policies and procedures
-Familiarity with Ford Credit applications and practices
-Experience with Microsoft Office Toolsdf-tc
