Description
Test Analysts identify all issues of dispute between parties engaged in each step of a project's development and management. They work with development teams and customer service teams to ensure the process is efficient and information/projects delivered are of high quality. This particularly position is designed to provide a key focal point for all customer tests (the test owner) as well as continual testing (from a business perspective) of the data sets and product.

Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements for testability and determine method of testing
  • Create testing reports, monitor progress during each test to ensure that the solution is validated and on time and that it meets or exceeds expectations
  • Act as the primary point of contact between industry SME and Data Assessment
  • Coordinate the development, updating, and maintenance of test cases
  • Ensure that the testing is on time and communicated to appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining quality test measurement reports
  • Assist in the creation of accurate documentation and reports
  • Executes test cases / scripts and analyzes outcomes
  • Performs testing and documenting the actual results
  • Creates test data/cases if required
  • Develop and maintain testing standards and procedures
  • Documenting the actual results and metrics
  • Analyzes defects to determine root cause
  • Provide testing metrics and coverage stats on customer/prospect testing
