Genesis10 is seeking a Test Analyst in Milwaukee for a 19 month contract.
As a Test Analyst you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in testing. Working knowledge of test management methodologies, systems development methodologies, tools, standards, integrated business applications, and industry best practices

Strong problem solving and independent analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Ability to be responsive to changing business needs and technical requirements. Ability to handle many concurrent assignments and effectively prioritize.
Ability to work with sensitive data, while maintaining confidentiality and following security guidelines
Knowledge of Compensation, Sales Reporting, and Distribution management a plus.

The incumbent Test Analyst will work as an integral member of the Quality Services - FFBA team, developing test strategy/plans to deliver the objectives of the Field Management Compensation (FMC) initiative. The Test Analyst acquires and maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more functional/business systems or applications and is subject matter expert who offers an array of Quality Assurance knowledge and skills. This role will interface with the development, Application Analyst, Business Analysts, Application Engineers and Project Manager. The Test Analyst will support the entire testing lifecycle from initial business/system requirements gathering, through software testing, system troubleshooting, and training, to production system support and process analysis and improvement. Establishes and maintains partner relationship with line of business customers. Ensures proper communications with project leaders and managers on status. Resolves issues when possible, escalates if needed. Work closely with the ITS PM to plan/define service delivery schedule, estimates, resources, and scope to ensure successful engagements. Ensures QS-FFBA process/direction is in alignment with the TMO, TMP and other pertinent department initiatives/directives. Working knowledge of release management. Experience/Skills
. Knowledge of testing best practices and analysis. Working experience managing testing lifecycle.
Produces testing management deliverables. Generates Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Plans, test results and Strategy solution documents.
Works closely with IS clients to define testing solutions that meet business and functional requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Provides quick resolution of escalated issues by assessing circumstances, identifying resolution options, and initiating the appropriate communication
Analyzes/solves complex scenarios/problems in testing. Explores and discusses alternative approaches for the client.
Collaborates with all types of clients to define issues and opportunities, develop solutions and implement/integrate the deliverable.
Provides timely information people need to know in order to do their jobs and make accurate decisions.
Communicates application requirements to project team members
Prepares/maintains testing documentation or training materials.
Resolve and escalate issues as needed.
Demonstrated flexibility, ability to manage multiple priorities, and ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.

Training Provided:
Proven working experience and knowledge of structured testing methodologies. Will provide training of the Test Management Process (TMP). Will provide introduction to the Solution Delivery Process (SDP).
