Description
Responsible for test development for new analog mixed signal products.
Development duties include defining test plan and test requirements, h/w design, test program generation, test solution debug, correlation and ultimately production installation. Support product evaluation and qualification. Support production ramp-up.

BSEE, 5-10 yrs of test development experience on analog mixed signal products. Teradyne A5xx/Integra Flex experience is desired. Cadence schematic capture experience. Solid H/w design and debug skills. Attention to detail and ability to achieve schedule.df-tc
